Where Does Fenrir Ship From?
Fenrir has fulfilment centres in both the United Kingdom and in the United States of America.
Your items will be shipped from the most efficient fulfilment centre choice, depending on your location.
How Much Does Shipping Cost?
All orders  are completely free.

How Long Will It Take To Receive Your Order?

Orders are shipped same day until 3pm, after 3pm will be the next day with expected delivery of 5-7 working days.
International deliveries can take 7-10 working days to arrive, after despatch. Orders to Australia and New Zealand can take up to 30 working days to arrive.

Returns
For customers in the UK, US and Canada, we offer free returns and a returns label will be generated by a member of our team.
For customers outside of these countries, we do not offer free returns nor labels for returns, and any costs will need to be covered by the customer. Please get in touch at [email protected] for assistance with this.

Pre Orders
Pre order items or orders that contain an item that is currently on pre order will be sent in one shipment on the date that the pre order item is stated to be stocked and ready to ship. If you require some of these items sooner them please place separate orders.
